Vegan Bananabread

nanabread
225 grams of flour
3 heaped teaspoons of bakingpowder
100 gram of sugar (I used 50 gram coconutsugar & 50 gram brown cane sugar)
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
3 big ripe bananas
75 gram of oatmilk
50 grams of nuts or dried fruits at choice. (i used raisins and hazelnuts)

Mix the dry ingredients and blend the banana with the milk with a stickblender. Put the wet with the dry. Put in a baking form that you water a bit and than but some flour in it, so the bread will come out.
Bake for about 45 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius in the oven.
Keep an eye on it, because the baking time can depend on your bakingform & oven.
